Hence, we have dedicated all our efforts into building a team of guides that we can proudly say are the best of the best: Extremely professional and experienced but at the same time cheerful, talkative, funny and as flexible as it gets. They give learned information on variety of different subjects from flora and fauna, wildlife, birdlife to the heritage and culture of Tanzania. Born and brought up in Tanga, (coastal town of Tanzania) of Asian origins, He is THE team’s expert Travel specialists with almost 25 years of field experience. He is also known as memory maker, magician, life changer and often heart warmingly full of humor friend.
He doesn’t just get to know your wishes, but often preempts them, and is able to tailor make a safari specifically suited for each individual’s need.
He will never send you to a destination or property that he himself or the team hasn’t been to themselves’. Hence, ensuring you get firsthand knowledge of where to stay and what to experience on your dream vacation in our unforgettable Tanzanian Safaris adventure.

Felix Mdee

HEAD GUIDE/ DRIVER

A local Tanzanian with Mpare Origins, Felix was born and brought up in Arusha. When he was a child, he had a special interest in animals and there was a game sanctuary near his home, in which he spent most of his holidays, watching the wildlife. His childhood fascination and love for wildlife inspired him to pursue Safari Guiding as a profession. Since then there was no going back and he is now in the field for more than 20 years . His favorite animal is a Cheetah and he will never forget seeing a Leopard kill a Cheetah in Serengeti-his favourite National Park. He believes sharing his knowledge of the wild is a way to preserve and protect the Wildlife.

CPT HUSSEIN F ZAVERY

OPERATIONS & WORKSHOP MANAGER

Born and brought up in Arusha, with Asian origins Hussein loves the Wilderness. He is a co-founder of the Company. He aims for Perfection and settles for excellence. Being born in Arusha, the hub of the Safari Parks, wildlife and nature runs in his blood. He pursued aviation for bush flying but gave up his career to live his dream of conserving and sharing the wild and its adventures with the world in form of a Safari. Safety and precision are his top priorities for each safari.  From car checkup and maintenance to Government taxes and fees. He has a total of 13 years of experience in the Tourism Industry.

Hassani Swalehe

GUIDE/DRIVER ( Birder)

A local Tanzanian born and brought up in the Northern Part of Tanzania, in a small village Mto wa Mbu near the Lake Manyara National Park. Being at the doorstep of the National Park he built his interest in wildlife and bird watching. He was inspired by the nature to pursue his career as a safari guide He is in the Tourism Industry since 1996. He has travelled to mostly all parts of Tanzania and has experience and vast knowledge about nature and our beautiful country. Bird watching is his passion and he knows of about 300 and more species of birds.

Emmanuel Edward Kivuyo

GUIDE/DRIVER ( Cultural Expert)

A local Tanzanian with Maasai Origins, Emmanuel is known by his family name- Kivuyo by all those who know him. He was a cook before he became a Safari Guide. He worked as a head chef in hotels and mobile camps in the parks, He was often impressed by other safari guides narrating their experiences and seeing them with the tourists. This motivated him to become a Safari guide himself. He pursued a career in Safari guide and paid for his college fees from the money earned from his cooking profession.  He loves the wildlife but has an extra passion for the baboons as he finds them to be active always. He has been in the profession since 2004. Being a Maasai, the tribe that live with the wild, eating wild meat is a taboo for them. He believes that this is how his tribe and himself preserve and protect the wildlife.

John Munhambo

GUIDE/DRIVER ( Spotter)

John belongs to the Mluguru tribe, He was born and brought up in Morogoro. His father was a farmer and his farm was near the Mikumi National Park. John spent most of his childhood watching and searching for the wild animals from his father’s farm His favorite memory is of a pied kingfisher hunt a fish which is by hovering air on top of the lake which attracts the fishes to come up. This is what built his enthusiasm and inspired him to pursue his Safari Guide career. He has learnt Mammology, Anthropology, Ornithology, Botany and Topography. He has worked in Kenya for few years before settling down in Tanzania. His favorite animal is a Caracal. John is in this profession for 13 years now.
